52583A1 Mercruiser 2.5, 3.0 Oil Pan for 120 & 140 HP Stern Drive. It fits Mercruisers 120 140 Hp from 1972 through 1986 and 2.5 3.0 from 1987 through 1989. this includes most of the bolt also.  the
gasket surface cleaned, inspected, fresh paint. ready to bolt on and go. this one is pretty nice very minimal rust, see the pictures.    please be sure this will fit your application.
